As you all know, we have been forced to close, due to the current pandemic. However, any bookings taken during this lock-down will be transferred to a future date.

Unfortunately, our office is now also closed and our staff are at home, for their own safety. Therefore, we will be unable to answer any telephone calls until we return to the office. However, we will try to answer your emails and new bookings can be made online.

We are aware that our guests will be anxious about their bookings and their deposits and balances already paid. Please rest assured that all monies paid for stays during our period of closure, will be transferred to future bookings.

Understandably, we have many guests wishing to transfer their bookings already. As a small team, we cannot cope with so many requests all coming at the same time. We will, therefore, be working through our bookings in chronological order and contacting all our guests to offer them the opportunity to transfer their booking to a later date. So we ask you to bear with us and not to contact us - we will contact you all in due course. We will only contact guests who have arrival dates during the current proposed lock-down period. Obviously, if the period of lock-down is extended, then we will contact guests up to the new ‘release’ date and so on. Any guests with bookings beyond these dates should wait for further developments, as they will be still able to stay, if we have re-opened.

In the meantime, unless absolutely necessary, please stay at home, stay safe and look after each other. If we all work together we can get through this and return to normal life, to enjoy the freedom we had before.

We are really looking forward to welcoming you back.

Kindest regards, David and all the Team.
